The general objective of JEICOM is to create a space of opportunities for the development and financing of communal and inter-communal projects, as well as the enhancement of the potential of the Territories. These projects should continue to benefit from financial support from the State, but in a more targeted way, thanks in particular to the planned improvement in local taxation.
